We believe it is essential to coexist with various stakeholders (interested parties) in order to realize a sustainable society for the future and achieve our management philosophy, "Connecting the futures of people and　society with smiles”.

To this end, we participate in various initiatives and aim to promote sustainable business activities in collaboration with various stakeholders.

United Nations Global Compact

We signed a statement of support for the United Nations Global Compact ("UNGC") proposed by the United Nations, and were registered as a participating company in July 2022. We are the first consumer electronics retailer in Japan to join the UNGC.

In signing this petition, we will continue to actively work toward the realization of a sustainable society by supporting and practicing the UNGC's 10 principles in the four areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.

The Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)

We have expressed our support for the recommendations of The Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures ("TCFD"), established by the Financial Stability Board ("FSB").

Science Based Taregets（SBT）

We have received SBT certification from the Science Based Targets (SBT) Initiative for its greenhouse gas emissions reduction target for 2030, which is a "1.5°C reduction target" based on scientific evidence that is compatible with the level required by the Paris Agreement.
