ZEB Certification Granted to Joshin Konosu Store

The Group is converting its business sites into ZEBs with the aim of reducing environmental impact and creating comfortable store environments. In FY2025, the Joshin Konosu Store (Saitama Prefecture) earned “ZEB” certification, the highest rank in the four-tier ZEB certification system based on energy consumption performance under the BELS (Building-Housing Energy-Efficiency Labeling System). This marks the second Group store to obtain “ZEB” certification, following the Joshin Nara Store, which obtained certification as a newly constructed store. In addition to reducing energy consumption, ZEB initiatives also contribute to improved business continuity in the event of a disaster.
